The hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants, the center of Taif, and Jouri Mall. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was just as I expected. The hotel provided good value for the price.

The room was bright with good wifi signal, and the bed was large. A refrigerator, a dining area, and a sitting area were great. The staff were nice, and the location was marvelous, right in the middle of Jackson.

This hotel was an excellent choice for my stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to the mall and the bus station. The parking facilities were great, and it took me less than two minutes to check-in and less than a minute to check-out. The staff were well-mannered and supportive, making me feel very welcome. a clean and comfortable place.

the Room had great amenities with a stunning view and the bathroom was spotless with useful toiletries provided. the breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We loved spending time in the leisure facilities especially the indoor pool and spa which provided so much relaxation. the staff were really attentive and provided excellent service throughout the hotel.

Although the stay was amazing, the noise in the hallways could be heard in our room which disturbed my morning sleep a little bit.

We enjoyed the modern comforts and quiet ambiance of this hotel, which had a convenient location in the center of Jackson and amenities like satellite TV, climate control, and a microwave oven.

Had a great Christmas stay! Enjoyed the wonderful complimentary breakfast and appreciated the free parking. the hotel's location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. the room was comfortable, and we loved the view of the city from our window.
